Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The obligation under Section 36(1) VSBG applies to businesses that employed more than ten people on 31 December of the preceding year, which is not the case here.
